Map Removal is always a difficult decision. It's a case of: You can please some of the people all of the time, but you can't please all of the people all of the time. Map removal on the Realworld Server is never done lightly. A Map is included in the Map Cycle following rigorous voting procedure, exhaustive Game Play testing and then strategic placement within the Game Flow. Realworld Guild believes that each and every Map has it's own value and worth, (at least someone) so it is with a heavy heart that any Map is removed. Please Note: A Map is removed from the Map Cycle when it is not proving popular, but a Map can be returned to the Map Cycle by making a request. |

Note: For a number of reasons 4 maps have been removed during the last few months, (see the second post in this thread for Information). These maps are: downflow frozen-path HFL Halo Footbal Wartorn Cove 3 |

Note: For a number of reasons 3 maps have been removed. These maps are: Headlong_PB2 W4rtorn_Cove Yoyorast_Island As soon Yoyorast Island V2 is released it will "come back" in the cycle ofc. |

These maps have been removed from the Map Cycle: ascension-hce http://realworldce.com/maps/ascension-hce/ ascension-hce which at first seemed fun, proved to be just too buggy: For example, the teleporter and the middle moving section. This caused problems not only for players, but also for Server reliability so it has been removed. needleosity http://realworldce.com/maps/needleosity/ Needleosity which seemed a great map was discovered to have a serious bug: When a player exits the Server and is not killed, the player remains in the Server as a Phantom. This means that the player can not rejoin the Server until either the In-Game Phantom is killed or the map ends. Regrettably it has been removed, as this Phantom problem is considered a serious disadvantage to any player trapped in this situation, even though it only happens occasionally. sandwinder http://realworldce.com/maps/sandwinder/ The Sidewinder Variant, "Sandwinder" has been replaced by the Classic Map so it is considered redundant. |

Nightglow got replaced with Nightglow V2 and can therefore be removed. |

Circumference was removed. http://realworldce.com/maps/circumference/ Even though it was a fun Map we couldn't let Players remain stuck in Holes. So Love it or Hate it, no matter it's history. DJW Pacman Final caused technical issues. http://realworldce.com/maps/djw-pacman-final/ For some Players the Map sometimes Froze, and once both me and Harb even got an Exception Error on it at the same time. H2 Relic was removed a while back http://realworldce.com/maps/h2-relic/ The Bases were very unbalanced. |

Hydrolysis was removed. http://realworldce.com/maps/hydrolysis/ The Shark Vehicle used a Global Dev Command to prevent Players from falling out. Unfortunately the way the Map Creator had implemented this also affected all the other Maps in the Map Cycle, so Players didn't fall out of any other Vehicles. |
