Executive Summary:

Halo is like the Titanic, ® Realworld Guild is the Iceberg and sonny the poor misguided Captain who watched everyone freeze to death because of incompetence.

No sense in blaming the Titanic, it's just a Ship.
No sense in blaming the Iceberg, they are unrestricted.
No sense in blaming the Captain, he went down with the Ship.

Comparing Halo on the PC to the Titanic's Demise might one day prophetically come true, especially since both the Titanic and Halo on the PC were Unique, Amazing and Monumental Creations at the time they were launched, but only time will tell. Fortunately so far (unlike the Titanic which sank fast), Halo on the PC is managing to remain buoyant despite enduring endless storms. Mostly because Halo was constructed better and was built to last.

Comparing Realworld Guild to an Iceberg could in some ways again be a reasonable analogy, since both are large independent masses completely at the mercy of the current.

However the Captain of the Titanic WAS entirely to blame for the destruction and severe loss of life which ensued, because he not only commanded a new vessel to sail at night in freezing waters (known to contain Icebergs) but also pushed this New Ship on it's Maiden Voyage too hard in an attempt to create a precedent in order to distinguish himself and the company he served as being the best there was. Whereas in fact neither of those Captain's misguided commands were mandatory and instead the Captain could have chosen to make wiser decisions... and we all know what happened to the unfortunate Captain of the Titanic, which regrettably includes most of the poor misguided wretches who (having placed their trust and faith in an irresponsible master) also met with an awful death primarily due to the fact that the Vessel he chose to command was not properly equipped to deal with the situation.

Perhaps in some ways, the Titanic Captain's ignorance was at least partly down to the fact that for him genuinely believing the Vessel he charted to be unsinkable, was primarily due to the information provided by others (those he looked up to) who had in their own arrogance and greed (in an effort to cut corners) created false statements as to the true worthiness of the Titanic which he then commanded in vein. To be honest, it's extremely sad.

So Yeah... definitely an entirely accurate comparison sanni. Nice one man. 8)

More interestingly is that often a Ship is referred to as "She", and just as with the Capitan of the Titanic (who had obviously fallen in love with a beautiful ship) it is not throughout history unbeknown for many Leaders to have also befallen under the spell of an Imposing Female Figure.

Such Love Struck Leaders were frequently blinded by unrequited love for these "Maidens Of Desire" and who would then say and do anything, defending the empires they created just to make themselves appear more appealing in the hope that the female they worship could then in return shower them back with the adoration they so crave from her. As they say, Love is Blind.

Whereas those who go chasing after Bunnies, should really be careful what they eat, since although one Bite can make them Big, another Bite can make them very Small. And looking across from this side of the Mirror, currently Alice isn't looking that Big.

Are Nostrils so blocked they cant smell Bullshit, or Eyes so blinded with Lust they cant see clearly :?:

Maybe one day Alice will finally wake up out of Wonderland.

Please see here: viewtopic.php?f=63&t=4119

TG Sonny WAS NEW TG Clan Leader upon its inception, with NEW TG Clan Leadership possibly shared with other NEW TG Clan members (?). It's NEW TG Clan business what they do, ® Realworld Guild can only offer its NEW TG Clan members here a Service to assist both Old and New TG'ers.

For my part as an ex (Old) TG "The Gathering" member, Original (Old) TG "The Gathering" Founders included:

«TG» Bun
«TG» Amber
«TG» Skilit (AKA «TG» Cheeky)

coupled with various other noteworthy (Old) TG "The Gathering" members:

«TG» Phil
«TG» Razor
«TG» Wolf
«TG» Temo
«TG» Leif
«TG» Wenguin
«TG» Spirit

Lateksi
Bhamid
Tommy Chong
Dwight
Harbinger (Myself)

My apology for not listing more (Old) TG "The Gathering" members, it was many years ago. I too also miss many of these (Old) TG "The Gathering" guys, most of whom understood Core Values and the Real Spirit of Halo Custom Edition.

One thing to note is: (Old) TG "The Gathering" didn't have a Leader(s) since it wasn't a Clan, (just like Realworld Guild), and (Old) TG "The Gathering" simply had Founders.

As an aside (Old) TG "The Gathering" A Potted History:

(Old) TG "The Gathering" collapsed after «TG» Bun deserted for personal reasons (to go live with her Fiancé in Bahrain) and then ® Realworld Guild Hosted (Old) TG "The Gathering" Website and Server for (Old) TG "The Gathering" members.

Some time later «TG» Bun returned (after her relationship didn't work out) and (Old) TG "The Gathering" enjoyed a new lease of enthusiasm (Boys will be Boys, eh guys). Later on again, TG-Sonny hosted a server for all TG'ers, and ® Realworld Guild no longer needed to Host a Server for (Old) TG "The Gathering" members. Then a few weeks shortly after this new server was launched, NEW TG Clan was created.

Although some Realworld Guild Members joined the NEW TG Clan as soon as it was created, almost no TG'ers actually ceased being Realworld Guild Members, but a few definitely viewed it as an opportunity to "improve" their own individual status with the Halo Community. However ® Realworld Guild Members are always free to place their allegiances where ever they wish. :P

Realworld Guild can not be held responsible or accountable for any inaccuracies regarding other Clans and Communities Information.

This is funny. :xD:

IF NEW TG Clan members appear to experience difficulty understanding information and comprehending the nature of unbiased factual reporting:

FYI
That is simply called a "Disclaimer" (not a Rule or a Law) and was created to help clarify the fact that any information contained in this Website regarding other Communities & Clans etc. is posted verbatim as reported solely by Realworld Guild Members.

For example:
If a NEW TG Clan member reported that another NEW TG Clan member was caught cheating on a New TG Clan server, then it might get posted in this Website. However it's not for Realworld Guild to judge the accuracy of the report, but Realworld Guild certainly would entertain a discussion between concerned Realworld Guild Members.
