The DMT maps voting is now running.

These are the only maps which don't have any bugs (we had to exclude all other maps :| ):

DMT-Goldeneye_Stack-BETA
DMT-OD_Crossfire
DMT-OD_Docks
DMT-OD_Hideout_fix
DMT-OD_NoRegret
DMT-OD_Outpost
DMT-OD_Waterworks

You can vote for each map you like. So you can submit 1 vote or even up to 7 votes. We'll decide later how many DMT maps will be added on Realworld.

Thanks.

Obviously almost everyone seems to have lost the interest in playing the DMT maps. It would really help if you'll vote on a few (even if it's just one map). :|

I personally am not fan of the OD maps anymore since they started to lag like hell for me with many players. One other thing I'm really missing are the nades (it's not Halo anymore). Originally I only wanted to see 1 DMT map on Realworld but I want to be fair and give just 3 (max!!!) maps the chance to get on there. The only map I really liked is DMt-Goldeneye Stack BETA. All others, no. I'm just voting for DMT OD Crossfire and DMT OD Docks as well because they ain't that horrible as the other ones.

DMT-Goldeneye_Stack-BETA
The only one I really like. It's a good feeling to play on it with all those weps and I also love the melee attack. Some Slayer games on it would be awesome. But most important: It's the only one which doesn't lag!

DMT-OD_Crossfire
It's an alright map. Might be fun on King. I was also thinking that increasing hp to 200% might make it not that easy to kill someone. It's just like one shot and you're dead. We should try that.

DMT-OD_Docks
Um well... I lagged really bad on it but it's alright I guess. It has to be Slayer FFA.

DMT-OD_Hideout_fix
It's a cheap Hang 'Em High remake. Don't like it.

DMT-OD_NoRegret
We have the great original already on Realworld (3 times) and there is absolutely no point to add a modded version in addition. Since No Remorse is a good map this one is good as well ofc. But that makes it even worse, imho.

DMT-OD_Outpost
Just too damn big!

DMT-OD_Waterworks
I don't like the layout. It's kinda small but feels big. And the tank hogs are just silly.

These are my thoughts. :silence2:

No Remorse is good, slayer 50
Crossfire and Docks or Outpost Slayer 50

The Halo Games Engine is old, but it can still push the Graphics Rendering on many Machines causing lag. For those who don't experience this type of lag, then Maps Like DMT produce excellent Game Play. :P

DMT-OD_Crossfire
Great Fun. King is cool, but other Game Types work well.

DMT-OD_Docks
Loved this especially Slayer FFA.

DMT-OD_Hideout_fix
Yes it's a Hang 'Em High remake and I liked it. CTF is a possibility.

DMT-OD_NoRegret
Good fun and so what if it's a modified No Remorse, it brings the DMT style to enhance a very popular map.

DMT-OD_Outpost
Large Map yes, but still a nice Map which plays well. I've played this map with just 2 players on Slayer for over 3 hours!

DMT-OD_Waterworks
One of my favourite DMT Maps, love the atmosphere it creates and the Hog Tanks are hilarious.

DMT-Goldeneye_Stack-BETA
Not a bad Map with an innovative" No Jumping" style, but even with the varied choice of weapons I just started to loose interest after playing it a few times. Maybe it's just not Halo enough for me. :?

They maybe look hilarious, but they're silly because it's a pain to drive them.

Exactly this, but for all OD maps. It seems to me that the DMT maps are a fun experience to play with 2-6 players. Just to see what the halo engine can be used for. But after playing on them for real I'm completely missing the "Halo" feeling. One reason why I play Halo is because of the nades. Halo without nades is just not Halo anymore. Plus the fact that you don't have shields. Another reason why I love Halo so much. In addition they're not lag free for everyone. And just because of those maps I'm not willing to buy a better PC tbh. I can manage to play all maps (even Blood Creek is a little bit laggy). But the DMT maps are exceeding the limits. I was always asking myself why there are no DMT servers. Now I know why!

Thanks for everyone who voted. To all who didn't vote yet, you still got some time. ;)

The average of all voters is around 3 maps. There are some who voted for 1 map. There are others who voted for all maps. And many who voted for 3 maps. Therefore 3 maps are the maximum and I can live with that. But really... the DMT Night has shown me that those maps might be a bit out of place in our cycle, anyway...
