Thank you to all Players who attended Event Horizon Session #34.

Requiem is a small Map supporting all Game Types, (which due to it's design doesn't include Vehicles) and all Weapons are Generic.

Although being compact, surprisingly Requiem still easily supports 16 Players, (but also can be played completely satisfactorily with fewer Players) and all Game Types work very well. Variants of Slayer are good, as too are both KOTH and Oddball. Juggernaut equipped with Sniipers is great. However CTF is absolutely amazing, (and in my opinion is definately the best Game Type on Requiem) but after playing what can only be described as one of the most Epic and most truly enjoyable Games ever played, unfortunately many Players lost interest in Playing the other Game Types. This Event lasted over 2 Hours. :P

Personally I really enjoyed playing Requiem, and would definitely play it again. 8)

That was a stunning match. 5-4 Loss to Blue Team...still it was epic. Great match, but more importantly great map! Go to the tunnels for some in your face battles or just go low and try to cap.

Event rate: 10/10. I request this map be put up on realworld server!

What a fantastic map it is and it gave fantastic games on every game type. CTF was beast. Liked the other game types too.

Personally, I really enjoyed the session and I agree with Matt, put this map in Realworld.

See, I won the CTF match. My game plan was perfect there ^^.

A truly perfect map for ctf. =)

Also congratulations to Bun. Even though I almost always sounded the "BUN ALARM" when she was less then 50 feet away from our base she still stole the flag over and over again. Also I lost more than one 1v1 duel against her. :o

I especially liked that there were different strategies to cap. You could just walk into the base the shortest way possible but then were faced with a reverse spawn rape, as all the players you had to kill re-spawned right beside the flag. Or you could take the longer sneakier route all the way around the map or if you were insane you could try to cross over the sniper bridge.

Once you had the flag the safest way was to jump down to the middle and go through the teleporter which usually turned out into an Olympic Torch relay kind of thing :xD:

Surprisingly there wasn't any overpowered camping spot or spawn raping, everything was perfectly balanced.
