Thank you to all Players who attended Event Horizon Session #48.

Destinycanyon is a Medium to Large Sized Map, (identical in layout to Danger Canyon having 2 large Base Complexes situated either side of a Deep Canyon) with Halo 3 Styled Style visually attractive Scenery offering Custom H3 Weapons and Custom Vehicles.

The first thing noticed is just how well Destinycanyon is made, (and it being particularly colourful and artistically pleasing to look at) in fact it almost feels like a New Map but having the familiarity of the original Stock Map. All Game Types are supported and work perfectly well.

The H3 Brute Chopper is an excellent Vehicle and if the On-board Rockets doesn't Kill, then a swift Tail-Swipe using a rapid 90 Degree Turn can. The H3 Weapons are loud and powerful, but enjoyable to fire. Perhaps some are a bit overpowered, but not so much as to make using them a big problem for other Players.

This Event saw a Maximum of 10 Players, (averaging ~ 8 ) on the Map, (and it would have been good to have had 16) but all the same it was a great Session that lasted well in excess of 2 Hours. Destinycanyon, (dependent on Game Type) is recommended for 4 Players upwards.

Personally I truly loved Playing Destinycanyon and definitely would play this map again. :P

The only problem I saw with the map was the weapon icons as you pass over them. A sniper shows up as a flame thrower, I think a shotty showed up as an FRG, etc. Disconcerting to say the least ;)
