There are several programs I recommend: Halo Map Tool and Eschaton.

I reup both in the link :)
Download: http://www.mediafire.com/?v446l7wpe6ef4fx

*** Use a photo-editing program to edit what you have chosen ***

  1. unpack the archive
  2. select a map
  3. select File> Open> C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Microsoft Games \ Halo \ maps and choose a map on which to implement the changes
  4. go to BITM: Bitmap
  5. Select what you want to change, for example: weapons / pistol / fp / bitmaps / pistol
  6. select import
  7. use a program like photoshop to edit what you have chosen
  8. save it as jpeg
  9. select import> load> where you save your creation

Unfortunately there is a bug in the Eschaton: skins too loose not readjusts :D

So for skin use Halo Map Tools. What is a skin? A skin is a model.

Use dds model to insert a skin that works the same, but to import the skin you use the button inject.

A model of skin is available at this link (reup by me).
