The only active team is Blackbirds, Nitro, Blackbird, Jeevo, Dutch_kill, Harbinger and myself are always ready to scrim and waiting for the tourney to go on.

Problem is all the other teams never have enough members on :(

I think everyteam should recruit 1/2 more members to get this going pls this is to make this funner and active !

Could someone clarify the rules about finding new members for a team?

Is it enough if they already played on the realworld servers?
Do they have to be registered to the forums before they joined?
Do they have to be member of the realworlders xfire thingy?

Since it is an, (albeit unofficial) Realworld Guild Tournament, they must be Registered as a Realworld Guild Member, (but no Minimum Forum Time imposed) so as long as they are Registered, (and ideally also Xfire Guild too) then all will be fine. ;)

There's no roster or anything similar as basically everyone can be a ®ealworlde® who wants, there was never any requirement.

So for this tournament I'd suggest the following:

If they're regularly playing on either the Classic maps or Custom maps servers since more than one month I believe we can consider them as part of the community.

Not necessarily, but preferable.

No.

To play on our Servers Forum Registration is Optional, (even adding the ® is open to all) but for a better sense of Community, (especially involving Official Community Events) to be considered a ®eal Realworld Guild Member, then Forum Registration is required. ;)

Since this is an "Unofficial" Tournament I agree not previously being a ®eal Realworld Member is acceptable, (providing they do at least Regularly Play on our Servers) but for all Future "Official" Tournaments to make any sense, I propose that at least Forum Registration is Mandatory.

Surely it's going to be pretty tough to Play, keep Track of Events, Scores and News without being a Member of the Forum :?:

Well, of course everyone needs to be registered on the forum who participates. The question was if they should have been registered on the forum for some time before joining the tournament which doesn't necessarily need to be the case. ;)

Funny I thought I'd already covered that point :!:

Currently I've been going around the realworld xfire guild league and have asked players to come and post that they wish to play on the sign ups list. But apparently no one can take 30 seconds to make that post.

I believe that all players that are registered into the tournament are also registered on the forums with the exception of 1-3 players, so the new team additions should register on the forums too.

New additions: Ðisc joined forums Sun Feb 27, 2011 12:13 pm, magicman (RAVE) joined forums Mon Feb 07, 2011 1:19 pm So they have been here for plenty of time.

New player signups will be closed when it is apparent that both teams have players that can be COUNTED ON to show up for a match. So I'd say perhaps one more week or another 3-4 days for new signups?
